In her forties and a mother, Malaika Arora Khan is considered to have one of the sexiest body figures of Bollywood. She doesn’t believe in dieting, in fact, she lives by “simple principles” to stay fit and healthy.
Her day starts with a glass of warm water with lime, honey and cinnamon powder and followed by a litre of water.
The book by Shvetha Jaishankar titled “Gorgeous: Eat Well, Look Great” features inventive ideas and recipes from the kitchens of India’s top models including Malaika.
Malaika she says she never eats after 8 pm and is in bed by 10.30 pm, so that she gets a “good rest”. She makes sure she eats home-cooked meal even during her busy schedule.
She feels that those who complain of not being able to follow their food routines while on the move, are only making “excuses”.
