LOSE 10 POUNDS WITHOUT EXERCISE WITHIN 3 DAYS

Don’t want to hit the gym or undergo a long term diet to lose those extra inches? The famous “Military Diet” promises to help you lose weight, up to 10 pounds (4.5kgs) in three days.

During this diet, you should have a lot of water. For all the tea/coffee lovers, sip a cup or two with no sugar and cream. Instead, add Stevia which is easily available nowadays.

3 DAY MENU

DAY1

BREAKFAST: 1/2 Grapefruit, 1 slice of Toast (whole wheat), 2 tablespoons of Peanut butter, 1 cup of Tea/Coffee

LUNCH: 1/2 cup of Tuna, 1 slice of Toast (whole wheat), 1 cup of Tea/Coffee

DINNER: 3 ounces of any Meat, 1 cup of Green Beans, 1/2 Banana, 1 small Apple, 1 cup of Vanilla Ice cream

DAY 2

BREAKFAST: 1 slice of Toast (whole wheat), 1 Egg (cooked), 1/2 Banana

LUNCH: 1 Egg (hard boiled), 1 cup of Cottage cheese, 5 Saltine Crackers

DINNER: 2 Sausages, 1 cup of Broccoli, 1/2 cup of Carrots, 1/2 Banana, 1/2 cup of Vanilla Ice cream

DAY 3

BREAKFAST: 5 Saltine crackers, 1 slice of Cheddar Cheese, 1 small Apple

LUNCH: 1 slice of toast, 1 Egg (cooked/hardboiled)

DINNER: 1 cup of Tuna, 1/2 Banana, 1 cup of Vanilla Ice Cream
