During this diet, you should have a lot of water. For all the tea/coffee lovers, sip a cup or two with no sugar and cream. Instead, add Stevia which is easily available nowadays.
No additions to the diet plan and follow it strictly:
3 DAY MENU
BREAKFAST: 1/2 Grapefruit, 1 slice of Toast (whole wheat), 2 tablespoons of Peanut butter, 1 cup of Tea/Coffee
LUNCH: 1/2 cup of Tuna, 1 slice of Toast (whole wheat), 1 cup of Tea/Coffee
DINNER: 3 ounces of any Meat, 1 cup of Green Beans, 1/2 Banana, 1 small Apple, 1 cup of Vanilla Ice cream
BREAKFAST: 1 slice of Toast (whole wheat), 1 Egg (cooked), 1/2 Banana
LUNCH: 1 Egg (hard boiled), 1 cup of Cottage cheese, 5 Saltine Crackers
DINNER: 2 Sausages, 1 cup of Broccoli, 1/2 cup of Carrots, 1/2 Banana, 1/2 cup of Vanilla Ice cream
BREAKFAST: 5 Saltine crackers, 1 slice of Cheddar Cheese, 1 small Apple
LUNCH: 1 slice of toast, 1 Egg (cooked/hardboiled)
DINNER: 1 cup of Tuna, 1/2 Banana, 1 cup of Vanilla Ice Cream
