Kangana Ranaut recently filed a complaint against Hrithik Roshan stating that he Hrithik has sent her around 50 private and romantic emails which accused Hrithik of cyber stalking. Hrithik, on the other hand, claimed that the emails were the handiwork of an impostor and accused Kangana of Asperger’s syndrome.
The whole tussle revolved around the emails that were sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. According to a Mumbai Mirror report, Sanjay Saxena, joint commissioner of police, Crime Branch was quoted saying, “We have been unable to find anything on the mail ID as the server is located in the US. Now it is very difficult to ascertain who was using the account. Still, we will try to conclude the case from the available evidence.”
“It’s a dead end. Only data from the server based in the US could have helped us in identifying the user of the email account” said a senior officer.
Rizwan Siddiquee who is Kangana’s lawyer said that “NIL report showed that there was no imposter as claimed by Hrithik. We are not surprised to learn that the police have, after a thorough investigation, filed a NIL report, which means that they could not trace any imposter as was claimed by Hrithik Roshan. Kangana has always been maintaining that there was no imposter ever.”
And it’s a clear draw since nobody wins, nobody loses here.
