Exercise on a daily basis gets so boring. Add some dance into your life ladies. Dance is the only thing that not only helps you to get rid of boring exercises but also cuts your body fat from every side. Start dancing from today!!

2) FOLLOW DIET ETHICS

Rich breakfast, average lunch and poor dinner. One must follow these three principles of a diet. I am sure you will never get excess fat. Also, ethics say that a person must consume something in every 2 hours, as sudden too much consumption makes you fat.

3) WATERY DAY                              water

Water is the ultimate fat cutter. Consumption of lots of water helps the fat acids to release from the body and lightens the body in just a few weeks. I will recommend everyone to set water alarms on their cell phones or can download the water reminder apps.

4) NO COLD WATER AFTER MEALS

I know we get forced to drink cold water after the meal as we cannot control ourselves. But girls, think about the lehenga in which you want to fit. Cold water after the meal helps the fat to get solid and it makes a place in the body immediately. So consume warm water or drink water after a few minutes.

5) LET THE SWEAT COME OUT

You know fat comes out of the body in the form of sweat. Just let the sweat come out and do the stuff by which you get sweaty.
