Airtel users to face network issues in the coming few days.

It’s a bad news for airtel users that the problems they have been facing since the past week still prevails. The users are supposed to wait a little longer in order to enjoy a proper network.

The problem which the users are facing is that they hardly get network. In many areas, even when the handset shows full network, calling is almost impossible. Even if you patiently wait for two long minutes for the call to be connected, it would automatically hang up before connecting. Many users do not have dual sim connections. For such people, it’s really very difficult to communicate.

Airtel, which claimed to be India’s FIRST OPEN NETWORK, is currently the worst network. The customers are trying to contact the service centres. The service centre agents simply refuse to help by saying, “No sir, there has be no such problem in in network. It might be some problem at your own personal level. Sorry, but we can’t help.”

So much for an open network, right??

Every single word in this article is TRUE.I I’ve tried THOUSANDS of times to contact customer care , but I couldn’t . Addition to that I always used to get calls from unknown numbers. Recently , I have done portable of my number from Airtel to Vodafone. It’s easy to claim to be the ” First Open Network ” but it seems like they are just BLUFFING. 👎
