Arthritis is the joint inflammation, which causes pain and stiffness. It means any disorder that affects joints.
A Proper diet is required for the arthritis patients. So, we have compiled a list of necessary food items which must be included in an arthritis patient’s daily diet:
1) DAIRY PRODUCTS
Milk, yogurt, and cheese with high calcium and vitamin D found to increase the bone strength. If dairy doesn’t suit you then aim for rich calcium and vitamin D green vegetables.
Fishes are rich in omega 3. It lubricates the joints and helps the muscles to stay strong.
Broccoli is rich in vitamin K and C. It also contains the calcium which is best known for its bone-building benefits.
Oranges, lime juice and grapefruits are rich in vitamin C. Vitamin acids prevent arthritis and maintain healthy joints.
Whole grains lower the CRD in blood. Brown rice, whole grain cereals are excellent to consume.
Beans are excellent and cheapest source to gain rich protein. These are important for muscle health.
It is seen that arthritis is a lost cause for garlic consumers. The disulphide content in garlic prevents enzymes damage in human cells.
8) OLIVE OIL
It is good to consume extra virgin olive oil. It lubricates the joints and helps to reduce the stiffness and pain in joints.
